my husband and I love tgifridays, we always have goof service and food, but when we went on April 8th 2017 we did not have a good experiance...the hostess had a very bad attitude and it wasn't just to us it was to everyone we saw her host. our watress was very nice and friendly but she has a heart murmur and wasn't feeling well so she had to take a break and her coworkers did not help her. we sat down at 7:15 pm and didn't get our drinks until almost 8pm. we didnt get our food until almost 9pm and the computers went down and our order was lost along with the people sitting next to us and they also said it was the worst service they ever had there as well. if her coworkers would of helped her...
My wife and I are regulars at this TGIF and normally I would give them a great review. However on this particular occasion TGIF was quite disappointing, it took way too long and when the burgers came they were cold and just not up to par. The manager did offer apologies and made it up through some future discounts, but I think they need to step up and improve their game overall. This just shouldn’t happen and perhaps Saturday nights are a challenge.
Restaurant not busy at all but we were told by the waitress not to order endless apps because they are not a priority to the kitchen and we wouldn’t get them quickly. That is the reason we went. We ordered differentials because she said that. The food took and hour to come out. Fries were cold and half done. Not impressed at all
Absolutely loved the cheese broccoli soup and the beer was nice and cold..our server was extremely nice and bubbly....I forget her name but she is definitely a asset your restaurant....

Not sure why this place is on here for online reservations. They don't accept them on weekends and I highly doubt they are needed during the week
