My partner and I went to the Middlebelt Rd. location last night and it wasn't very busy. It took a long time for our server to approach our table and we ordered 2 beers. About 15 minutes later she returned to take our order and I asked about our beers which she had forgotten to order. Another 15 minutes goes by and we still hadn't received our appetizer. I told her we'd like to pay for our beers and leave. A manager approached our table and asked us to stay assuring us we would get our food quickly. My salad arrived promptly, but still no appetizer. Finally THAT arrived and 5 minutes later our entrees were delivered although mine was incorrect. The food was delicious and the manager offered...
This is definitely one of the best outback locations i have ever been too. The food was amazing and my server Andre J was by far one of the most patience, sweetest, and respectful servers i have ever encounter at a restaurant! It’s hard finding good customer service these days and Andre is definitely one of the good ones thats out there!

I ordered curbside, and before I could text to let them know I arrived, a hopper came to ask about my order. I really appreciate the quick turnaround. I placed 2 orders of the kookaburra wings, one hot, one medium. The kitchen didn't distinguish the two, and the blue cheese was missing from the order.
