Service and food were amazing! We were all hot, tired and cranky when we decided to stop on a whine as we went to dinner. The waitress was so nice that she literally put us in better moods and we were no longer so irritated (we are in family vacation). The server has taken additional steps to ensure that we had everything we needed before we knew we needed it. Bringing small things like two types of bread so we start because we were so hungry and our drinks never fall under half a glass. Also talked to the manager to make sure that she knew how great our experience was.
I had a wonderful dining experience thanks to my server, Destiny, who provided exceptional customer service. The chef, Tim, prepared my steak to perfection, and it was bursting with flavor. The hostess was also very friendly. The entire staff went above and beyond my expectations, treating me with respect and dignity. I will definitely return every time I'm in Mount Pleasant. As for parking, I've always found plenty available during my visits.
I had dinner tonight and was extremely impressed with the service provided by Macie. I can honestly say it was one of the most memorable experiences I've had at Outback. She greeted us with a warm smile, made sure all our questions were answered, and consistently kept our drinks filled. Her kindness and outgoing nature really stood out, and her service clearly demonstrated how much she cared about her guests.

It was a disappointing experience. We spent $81, and it felt like a waste. The steak was tough and not enjoyable, while the chicken was small and greasy. The salad had too much onion, and the potatoes were hard. The only highlight was the bread, which was the only thing we liked.
Macie, our server, was great. She was very attentive, kind and sweet. She engaged with us in pleasant discussion and was extremely helpful. She’s a great addition to this location.
