Stopped in from out of town before a meeting, held in an adjacent room. The cafe is cozy with lots of windows, definitely a local vibe. Greeted right away. I ordered a regular black coffee and was given option of light or dark. I drink my coffee black, and it was early, so I went dark. This is a fantastic local eatery that supports a humane organization. I enjoyed one of the best Caprese sandwiches I've ever had—generous portions and real pine nuts in the pesto! The homemade vegetable soup was also delightful. I got the sandwich, a generous cup of soup, and a glass of iced tea for just about $8.50! If you're in the Cambridge area or even just passing through on your way to the beach, definitely check this place out!
This is a lovely place to enjoy the winter sunshine with friends I already feel connected to! The food is delicious, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. There's a genuine sense of respect and kindness here, along with true compassion and empathy. I’ll definitely be returning and bringing my friends along!
