Two different Meals: Dinner I would rate it a 5! We were staying at the Beach Club for your girls weekend! We wanted to treat ourselves to a fantastic meal and Pacific Prime lived up to our expectations! The tables are well spaced out but they still can hold a lot of people. Its a good balance between smart causal and informal. Our server was Erin and she was awesome. She was so knowledgeable, funny and we just had the best time with her. We started with Martini that Erin recommended I can not remember what it was called but there was only 3 to choose from. It was so delicious, that we both had a second! We shared the Southwestern calamari, its made with Humboldt squid which is my favourite,...

While staying at the Beach Club Resort, I had the opportunity to eat at Pacific Prime Restaurant and Lounge a couple of times. The restaurant to just down the hallway from the main lobby. The restaurant has plenty of seating inside and outside on the patio. There is a lounge area and tables under a covered patio with uninstructive views of the mountains and ocean. The chef sources local ingredients from various businesses in the area. Plus, from several local, wineries, breweries, and distilleries. Gracious menu they have, with various of items. While dining, I had the Chicken Wings, and the Thursday night Prime Rib. The Prime Rib costs $40 per person. I recommend you to have the Thursday ni...

Went to the restaurant at the Bech club in Parksville. Restaurant is called Pacific Prime. Nice ambiance, beautiful views overlooking the famous beach , and pretty busy, which is always a good thing . We had a reservation, which was also a good thing. They had a great wine list , I discovered a nice white from the Similkameen valley that is hard to locate, so that was nice . My bride had a caesar salad then the shellfish. They brought the wrong salad, but it looked good so she kept it. It was good. And, She loved the mussels and clams. I had the red curry seafood, and it too was excellent. It was not good, it was excellent. We will not be back, and for a simple reason,; the restaurant was rea...

Pacific Prime has a new chef, and he has taken the place from ok to great. Thursday is prime rib night, two people at our table had that and thought it great, I had boullabaise, which had obviously been made by a chef not a short order cook. Service was great! And then... we sat outside under an unbrella for the sun, and looked at the world class view! We're going back again.
