This time I went back with my brother since I was visiting grandma. Jared the bartender was really nice, friendly and not to mention handsome too. Yes, after the long drive I needed a Magners Pear! I got my brother enjoying it. Cider is the way to go for this hot humid summer weather! This place is the only place I know that serves Magners Pear. I know of others that serves Magners Original only. The bar was nice and cold....it was perfect! You can smoke in the bar too!
Great place to make new friends! Coming into Philly from San Diego for a family funeral, Paddy and his place just made my life renewed with joy and great conversation. You should be so Irish lucky to have a Guinness and a smile at this authentic Irish Pub, tell him Steve Downey sent you and ask him about the story of him and potian and potian John Branigan.

Nice local Irish Pub. Wish they still served food here as I would visit more often. Unfortunately they still allow smoking which definitely keeps me from visiting more. The bartender is nice and the Guinness was very good though.
Good place to meet up for a chat and drink, booths and long friendly bar, bit louder on Friday and Saturday, darts and good pint. Satellite Gaelic Games on weekend. Nice place.

Great dive bar right down West Chester Pike. Bartenders are great although I will have to disagree with the previous review about that Jared fellow.
