I used to visit their other locations frequently. They reopened this location last year, and I was so happy to see that. As I had visited their previous location and the food quality was pretty good. I was just worried if their quality would go down now when they reopened. But honestly it was the same, or maybe even better. We ordered few sharable plates and were pleased with everything that we had ordered. We got Samosa, aloo papri chaat for appetizers. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. They refused to accommodate to our parties needs. The food was unseasoned and disgusting. Honestly how do you mess up Indian food? Just spice it, it’s not that hard. The food was so unseasoned and unsatisfactory that one of the employees snuck us RED MASALA to make the food edible. Also the manager REFUSED to turn on the ac. He kept lying about it being on or it being broken after multiple people in our party complained. The party was ruined by the poor management. Never coming back and telling friends and family to avoid at all costs.
Quickly seated and spacious restaurant. Lot of parking. I guess that’s where the positive ends mostly.Food quantity was below average. First item (Dal Makhani) was sour, smelled and tasted like vinegar! They were quick to take it back without any feelings of regret.Naan is very small compared to other restaurants in the area.One other item was of good taste. Ordered Paneer Burji and it looked like they poured too much food coloring.On top of that, quality of service and the friendliness of the server was below average.Won’t go again.

The food is great because they leave it completely unseasoned. This way you can use your imagination to think of all the wonderful Indian spices they could have added to it. Also, this is one of the few palaces that really reminds you of India, especially the scorching hot summers. This is because the Manager refuses to turn the AC on or up. Who cares if your guests complain, this man needs to save on AC costs. Find any other hall to book or live to regret it.
This was the WORST party experience of my life. The food was bland and unseasoned. They refused to accommodate guests. Multiple people at our party requested for them to turn on the ac. Manager kept saying that the ac was on 62-63 and then another worker corrected him by saying it was on 73. I recommend never coming here if you have any important events. I was appalled at the service.
The food was AMAZING! For our entrees, we ordered chicken cashmere and lamb tikka masala. Both were so delicious and full of flavor. Would love to go back and try more of their dishes!Food: 5/5
Came here for lunch and while there wasn't a lunch buffet, the food was so fresh, delicious, and high quality. We order delivery from here often but the dining experience was even better.
