there was a comfort (base) room for four nights. the room was small, as is usual with traditional French hotels. the room was clean and tidy, like the bathroom standard 4ft 6in (130 cm) bed, which was comfortable. very beautiful garden area with unheated pool, which was a little fresh at this season. the staff was efficient and friendly and immediately supported to request. the restaurant has not been used, since it appears to be open only by 24 hours to this time of the year. the occupancy was due to the low side, as this is now due to a day trip through most traveling who visit St. emilion. they think that is why restaurant closed. the bar area in front of the hotel is also used for breakf...
we went by chance, because I day to streak it was very hot but the terrace is well shaded one more, instead located near a parking lot with the wings of cars and passers-by. Coté restoration we have taken the menu at 33 euros that is simple but good the products are of quality, a delight in the mouth the service is impeccable can wait for the reception is correct .par against I find a little excessive the price of the wine to the glass knowing that the restaurant produces its own wine 8 and 9 euros a little expensive , fortunately the wine is excellent with fruity rounders. you must count at least 40 euros per person. we recommend this restaurant cathy and francis of the lot and garonne on 1...
We stopped there a little by chance and by lack of time. the room would be worth a little refreshment (shoe and armchair) but very good reception: the chef even came to the room to greet us and make sure that the dishes could go to allergic children. as to the plates: variable. The entrance was supposed to be a lawyer tartar with a crab scramble...and it was a surimi lawyer, so not terrible. good point for the main dish: beef daube with st emilion.
My wife and I stayed here one night and after check in went to the pool where although the water was 'fresh ' it was very refreshing after a walk around the vineyards. The room was very small but was ideally located too. The evening meal...was delicious and the chef and main manager were good. The traffic noise was probably the only point but I still slept ok. St Emilion is a great place and we really enjoyed it!

We had lunch in this restaurant as part of a group outing (60 people) and so we had a imposed menu. Everything was good (the seafood leaf was nevertheless not much garnished). On the other hand, the daube was excellent and special mention to the dessert that was delicious: wine prunes, ice cream and small macarons. the frame is not exceptional but what matters is the kitchen. So I recommend this step.
We dined in the Palais Cardinal for four of our five nights in St Emilion. The dining room was beautifully furnished. The restaurant had an excellent choice of menu which was very well cooked and presented. The receptionist spoke excellent English and was most helpful....The waiter was also very efficient. Well worthwhile experiencing the quality and value of the food on offer.
passing to Saint emilion we were looking for an affordable restaurant. lunch on terrace in the shade, very good reception and meals to 33 euros more than correct. the products are fresh and most dishes are homemade. A good address. .and a very good mention to the young waiter who took care of our table.
pfund for pfund one of the smallest hotel rooms ever experienced. looking for a hotel room with a clean shower that worked someone checked whether it was properly cleaned? Wasting her money not st emillion is a wonderful location, but extremely expensive.

a night in the hotel. small but comfortable room in 1st floor with balcony with view of the garden. clean and modern bathroom, small but comfortable bed and tiny tw. a good location, a price broke the bank not and pleasant staff. would stay again!.
We stopped here by chance. We were well received and served rather quickly. at each dish (price and dessert) we have enjoyed it. duo of warm and benevolent servers. Good continuation!
