Pizza is always hot and flavorful. We order from here more than I'd like to admit. Tonight, we ordered a 24 pizza, and when it was being delivered, in the pass off, there was a misbalance and the pizza went upside down on the front porch. Oops. Delivery guy said he would be willing to take the giant pizza box back to the restaurant to dispose of it and I called the restaurant and the manager/owner was understanding and is working on a replacement pizza. Thanks Palermo's Jenison! You're always our first choice!
My sister and brother-in-law experienced a death in his family, and since I live out of state, I wanted to send a meal to them and their kids. Unfortunately, the website didn’t deliver to my sister’s address, which is just 10 minutes away. However, the manager, who I believe is named Angel, made an exception and delivered their pizzas hot and fresh exactly when I requested. She was incredibly kind throughout the process. It’s people like her that restore my faith in humanity. Thank you, Angel!
I ordered a meat lovers pizza plus onion and I was very pleased with my pizza. Easily twice as good as the processed, factory-made garbage from Pizza Hut or Little Caesars. The ingredients were high quality and the taste was quite good. Plenty of toppings too. The one thing that did **** me off is the service charge they added for using my credit card. Who does that? Their prices are already quite high so they should cut that out as it just makes people mad.
One bite, everyone knows the rules! So soggy, no undercarriage, but somewhat tasting good, blonde 18 year old at the counter, who couldn't figure out where the garlic sauce was.pissed manager in the background, made sure everything was good. Call me a spoiled brat but it was a 5.4 out of 10. Would I ordered it again? Sure, if I'm up for playing the Russian Roulette.... ill keep you posted!

This is a fantastic little pizza shop! They offer a wide range of unique pizza varieties that you won't find elsewhere, such as cheeseburger, taco, and pickle pizzas. I’ve loved every pizza I've tried, and the best part is that you can order any of them with a thin crust. It’s worth noting that they only have a takeout counter, so there's no indoor seating available. Highly recommended!
Pizza here is good and not overly expensive. The last time I got a pizza here they didn't seem too busy when I went to pick it up, but by the looks of my pizza, someone was in a rush. It definitely was not round...other than an excessive amount of air bubbles, the pizza still tasted great.

Two of the workers were very disrespectful and always on the their phones and had no respect for their job or coworkers. They should do better. I would recommend working on their customer service
