Steaks were all boiled wrong even tho the order of 5 meals was back to us 3 times by the staff. Very disappointing. Bar Attendant apologized for espresso martino sweet on service to table. It had to be returned. Same waitress let us go to another bar to give ice cream in our drinks. The Palm Beach Hotel at 8:45 PM Friday evening couldn't even serve us a glass of red! They had no!
The staff at the Palmy pub are always friendly and helpful. Nothing's ever too much trouble for them. The service is a little slow at times due to inadequate staffing levels. At those times it's abviously overwhelming for the poor souls, so you need to be a patient customer. Otherwise, great joint.
eating was amazing and the personal was so friendly! especially a coworker kodie went by and up to help us make our friends 70th birthday unforgettable. brandon was also very nice and made an excellent pina colada service: 5 location: 5.

The burgers were very disappointing. The fried chicken was more like a tempura batter, and the beef patties seemed like frozen pre-made patties.
