I ordered a large pizza that looked more like a medium and was charged extra for cheese, but it clearly didn’t have any additional cheese. The pepperoni was placed only around the edge near the crust, seemingly to hide the lack of cheese spread across the pizza. The green peppers and onions had a watery taste that made the center soggy. So I ordered the party pie which was advertised as pepperoni, for $28 I got a order of cannolis for $5.99 but my bill came to $49.91 I also tip not knowing until I check my transactions that my bill came to $49.91 pre tip... it later got explained to me that I got a topping and a delivery fee??? Palmer's Pizza has really declined. I'm tired of receiving undercooked pizza. I ordered a party pizza, and instead of the usual rectangular shape, it came as an oval. The dough in the middle was so thin it was almost just cheese, while the edges were thick clumps of dough that were raw on the inside. This has happened twice in the past few months. We were loyal customers for years, but now we've decided to stop ordering.
I ordered a chicken and spinach pizza, but there was no chicken on it at all. When I called to report the problem, they told me to drive over and return the pizza in the hopes of a possible replacement. As a long-time customer, this is by far the worst customer service I’ve encountered in a long time. They should have offered a credit or delivered a replacement instead. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

That was the best pizza I’ve had in a long time! We ordered the specialty Bianca Pizza, and it looked fantastic in the photos, but it was even better when it arrived! The flavor was incredible and packed with deliciousness. The breadsticks we ordered were perfect too! If you give this place a try, I’m sure you’ll love it!
Salad...too many onions (old and potent. Lettuce was too huge. Fried Cheese Balls. Very good. ?? Mediterranean Pizza...meh. They used Door Dash, but didn't tell me that; I had no cash for a tip and got no receipt. That was an interestingexperience. Overall= no.
Co-worker and I have gotten wedgies here in the past and we're always very pleased. Today's orders were significantly smaller and the amount of meat was a joke. For $17 they surely weren't worth what we got. That will be the last time we order fromhere.

The pizza was fantastic! The sausage had just the right amount of spice. The steak sub was equally delicious. Great prices too!
