Pamana is from its old location on the corner of the railway road to a larger place, just down the road. We had trouble finding it as it hides the main road, but let her eyes be peeled with Pamana for the modest sandwich board. My first time with Filo Food, I enjoyed the beef pot, pork spindle, milk soup and fried rice. The SISG, a sizzling cooking plate of pork, chicken liver and egg, was delicious, but I could not eat too much of it as it was greasy and heavy. Would be a great hangover healing. The crispy PATA (pork bone) was okay, although the meat was too heavy. Pinakbet was the Tokum vegetable dish, but not many liked it due to the strong shrimp pasta taste.
