Mike G is a special person. I was having a not so good day and he was so friendly and started a conversation with me outside the restaurant. I did not know him prior to my visit, but I am blessed to know him now. It is people like this that make the world a better place just by being them. Thank you Mike G! It was my first time there and it now won 't be my last. Simple kindness goes A LONG WAY, you made my day better just by being a Good Man.I highly suggest eating at Pancheros and saying hi to Mike. It is way better than chipotle.... which I did stop eating a while ago, it was bland in many ways. I found a new place when I come to the area. Love makes food better!Thank you and God Bless
I stopped here unexpectedly while working because the guy who was working with me wanted Starbucks. I got a burrito with carnitas and steak. The food was not good! The tortilla got soggy quickly, and the food was very bland! While writing this, I still have bad taste in my mouth because the food only tasted of herbs. I will never go here again and I can't recommend this place to anyone. Stick with Chitpole or try Meximac in Folsom. This is an example of a poor quality imitator. And the rest of their food probably isn't much better because it's just not seasoned enough.
This location is the best! It's evident their store manager, Drew, cares deeply about providing great customer service and experiences. The place is clean, organized, and the staff truly could not be kinder. They work quickly but efficiently with in store orders and online orders as well. Couldn't recommend more! Plus the tortillas are amazing!
I had an amazingly well made prepared burrito to my liking and asking there is a good variety of choices it has a clean well atmosphere . overall was economic and satisfying in the food experiences I've had it was a very fulfilling meal not very expensive what is thought of as pricey was made up for in quality and proportions.

You pay 25$ for quesadillas you think you’d get more than 3 pieces of chicken and steak, it’s like they’re rationing lol. I’ve been there twice and both times I left feeling robbed, take the extra time go to Chipotle or Qdoba in Springfield. For what I could taste it was good

Thia is a typical kind of fast food mexican. I really enjoyed the chicken quesadilla but the beef was way to spicy and chewy. I really like the queso and chips. Thia is a quick option if you are in a hurry.
The food is consistently fantastic, and their queso is the best around! Andrew, the manager, goes out of his way to ensure that customers are satisfied. I highly recommend visiting this restaurant often!
