Rang to get a refund after, when 2 hours had surpassed, the food was cold and inedible, and got extreme animosity down the phone and ignorance. I have been a patron of this restaurant for 5 years now. Most of the staff are friendly, but one staff member in particular stands out from the crowd - his name is Simon. Simon always greets me with a smile and sometimes even gives me a warm hug, making me feel very welcome. Yesterday I had a Fish Chip treat from Pancho’s and it was delicious, cheaper than others nearby, would highly recommend. It was so good I wanted to leave this review. Since lockdown I’ve found you have to book elsewhere. I just turned up. Only waited 2 minutes while they did lots of orders. Was so good they’ve upped their game and will happily go there from now on. Try it it was fantastic x

We stopped by this restaurant after a quick visit to the city center and not finding anywhere else to eat. We were impressed by the generous portions, reasonable prices, and friendly service which made our evening very enjoyable. We usually don't write reviews, but this place definitely deserves it. I ordered 2 steak and kidney pies from this restaurant and they were both burnt on top and had mold inside. I am very disappointed with my experience and will not be ordering from here again. They offered a replacement, but I would have preferred an apology and a refund at the very least.

Does what it says on the tin. Takeaway chippy with good selection of fish and chips. pies, etc. Not a date place [unless you're lucky] but does what it does very well. Good sized portions at an exellent price level. Parking a little tough but
