I would have been okay with that if the food had been good. However, the al pastor tacos were completely bland, and the red and green salsas had no kick to them either. I found myself pouring an entire container of salsa and squeezing two or three lime wedges just to add some flavor to the tacos. I placed an order for two tortas and three potato tacos to go from Pancho's Tacos. When I arrived to pick up my food, the staff oddly asked if my tacos were deep-fried. Later at home, I realized I was given two hard-shell tacos instead of the ones I ordered, plus three dorados that were missing some ingredients. It was disappointing, especially after looking forward to trying items from their menu.
I visited this restaurant after hearing rave reviews about the chorizo, but I found it disappointing. The dish was rather simple—just a bit of rice, some beans, a fair amount of guacamole, and a couple of eggs mixed with a small serving of chorizo, all served in a container for you to assemble at the table. It didn’t stand out as anything remarkable.
At Pancho's Tacos, the food was satisfactory, though somewhat pricey. Unfortunately, the woman who took my order was rather rude, seeming to assume I wouldn’t understand her Spanish just because I spoke it imperfectly or mispronounced a word. Despite this, the menu offered a good variety to choose from.

The restaurant is quite small, but the food is absolutely delicious. I'm not sure why some people leave negative reviews; if you don't enjoy it, why not just keep quiet? Or perhaps try Taco Bell instead?
Since the pandemic, the quality of the food has declined, prices have increased, and the portions have gotten smaller. I believe I’ll just stick to cooking at home!
