I ordered food from them which arrived on time, no problem there. Where the problem starts is the fact that I had ordered some chicken wings with a SIDE of mambo/mumbo sauce, and a order of chicken fried rice. What I DID NOT ask them to do was to put it together and cover the whole thing in mambo sauce but they did!!! So, I had one persons order and mine in the same container, with mambo sauce, smothered all over it. The very sauce that I dislike. I will NOT order from them
They are rude, disrespectful, food is cold, quality went down.. No professionalism. Have no respect for you when they don't deliver your food properly.. Or forget items from your order. Doesn't like giving refunds.. If they mess up.. They used to be good but after the pandemic came.. It went to trash.. We ordered three servings of four chicken wings each, accompanied by fries. Unfortunately, the chicken was dry and had an old taste, as if it had been reheated. The fries were hit or miss—some were decent, while others were hard. Overall, we were quite disappointed with the quality of the food we received.
The food is usually good, but this time it was disappointing. The staff has become a bit ruder, especially the men. I ordered shrimp fried rice, and the shrimp weren't properly cleaned. There were veins in the shrimp, some were mushy, and a few still had shells on them. Book a table now
???? they don’t devein the shrimp! They could literally buy it pre-done for them but once they don’t they don’t bother to prepare the shrimp correctly. If you want to eat literal poo try them out.
The shrimp at Panda Cafe are not deveined. They could easily buy pre-cleaned shrimp, but instead, they serve them without proper preparation. If you’re okay with that, give them a try.
My carryout experience was absolutely terrible! The chicken was unappetizing, and the rice was too soggy. It’s hard to believe you can ruin such simple dishes like chicken and rice.

line was out the door! couldn't figure out why we were waiting sooo long. But food was fresh. workers were pleasant. Stood in line almost 30 minutes. I hate wasting time.
