I looked up restaurants in the Mineola area, and this looked like a good place to try. When we arrived, the exterior wasn 't as 'eye catching ' as was expected. But, we thought we would go in and see how the interior appeared. It was simply like a small town, buffet restaurant. We could see what was offered on the buffet though, and thought, Let 's do it! .We told the person who seated us that we were going to get the buffet. She said the plates were at the end of the buffet area and the glasses and drinks were there for us to 'help ourselves to '. The food was good (although my wife told a woman that the sugar biscuit (I think it was called) she had wasn 't cooked completely, and the inside...
Food was cold, owners were yelling at each other and the kids in a foreign language being extremely loud while patrons were trying to eat in peace. In addition to the food being cold, it was also not good at all. Let's not forget the mention the restrooms that were as clean as any gas station bathroom. The entire restaurant was very filthy with years of dust stuck to the ceilings. All in all I have no clue why anyone in their right mind would pay the ridiculous price for subpar food at a filthy establishment like this. We wouldn't again. If there is an upside, we didn't get food poisoning which was a concern with the food temps.
Not impressed with the place or the food. The place is filthy dirty. Some of the food is re cooked ,so don't expect freshly made. The food is low quality and cooked in bacon grease. I could just taste the heavy grease in the foods. I ate a broccoli that had a lump of what looked like bacon grease. It was just too much for me. Other places use lighter oils, but if you like heavy greasy laden foods then go for it. Overall, I won't be visiting this place ever again!
Been coming here for a long time, I've heard they got a new cook, they need another. Almost all the food seems like it has been marinated in sugar. EVERYTHING. I have never had noodles taste like straight sugar before, it was 5 pm when we went in and some things looked as if they had been there for a while. I can honestly say it will be a long time before I'm back.

Went to eat online it says they close at 9:30 it's 4:00. Walked in the door was open and there is fresh food all in the buffet. Was told they are not open let them know online it says they are. Their reply was well we are not. The need to fix their business hours online and customer service.
I always enjoy the delicious food and excellent service here. It's the best restaurant I've ever visited and my favorite spot to dine. The staff puts a lot of care into a wonderful variety of dishes. Truly outstanding! I give it five stars for myself, my family, and friends.
The buffet is quite average at best. The establishment is in poor condition and urgently requires renovations.
Was no sushi and not much to choose from at all, salad dressing and no salad either. Won't be back! ???

My favorite buffet in the area! I really enjoy their Pepper Chicken and Pepper Steak.
Glad they had a fair choice of veggies to go with all the different kinds of chicken.
