Ordered online, and restaurant only made half of the items ordered and driver still had to pick up the missing items on his own time/behalf. Workers also rudely blamed the driver when he did, though it was clearly their faults as ALL items ordered were incorrect though the receipt clearly stated the order was for me and what the items were. Horrible service, terrible quality and they should not keep managing such low quality service and expecting great results. TL;DR: Stay away from here;
I hate o leave this message but i have to be honest. Now, the effort for the work they do is acknowledge but i noticed a lot of fooling around and joking around in the back. The chou main was hard and undercooked as well as the rice. Its not healthy to eat undercooked food. I ate half of it because I was hungry but my mother left the whole plate. She was disappointed and we spent more than 20 dollars. It sucked and they had a terrible attitude .
The dining experience was excellent, with a wide variety of options available. The staff was friendly and attentive. The tables were spotless, and there was lovely music playing in the background. All the windows were clean, adding to the pleasant atmosphere. Napkins and forks were provided as well. Overall, it was a delightful day out.
I’m currently waiting in line, and although it says the restaurant opens at 10:30, it’s now 10:39 and they still haven’t opened. I don’t understand why there’s a delay. I’m feeling really frustrated and disappointed, especially since I’ve reached out for answers but haven’t received any. Book a table now
I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service. I placed an order for two items, and the staff member told me I had to purchase the entire order or nothing at all. I was frustrated and decided to leave. I can't recommend this place because the service was terrible.
I was ordering and this lady ruly interrupts what I try to order... Good food bad service she just needs to change her attitude but when somebody else has a attitude towards her attitude changes real quick don't let up people.
Food was hot and all options available. Staff is nice and helpful. Tables were clean and nice music was playing. All the windows were clean too. Napkins and forks were also provided. It was a nice day outside.
Don't know if I should finish the food but it's bad to throw food away but the rice in part's it's hard to even chew but the egg roll and the shrimp was good Book a table now
They completely forgot my rice, and I didn't realize it until I got home. Other than that, most of the employees were friendly.
