However, when I needed to place a large order for my team at the live TV network I manage, I decided to give Asian Kitchen a shot. I was truly impressed by how spotlessly clean this restaurant was and how fresh all the food looked! Everything was presented with such care. I was picking up an order for someone else, and although I hadn't eaten at Panda Express in 15-20 years, I couldn’t resist ordering something for myself. Allan runs this establishment exactly as all businesses should be run, and he deserves recognition for that. It's clear that Allan takes great pride in his work, and I must say, the food was fantastic — it was the best I've ever had! There was an emergency need to review my Panda Express experience just now. I waited at least 15 minutes just to order inside! After my order was prepared took about five minutes to get to the cashier! The drive thru was roped around building. After all that wait time my food was absolutely awful. Chow mein tasted like dish soap. Spring rolls and cheese Rangoon ice cold. The only reason I gave two stars is because the staff was so nice and courteous. The cashier kept apologizing for the wait. I felt bad for her. But at least have good quality food for your customers if they are willing to patiently wait.

I called the restaurant after placing an online order to make a special request that I couldn't specify online. The young lady who answered the phone was absolutely the sweetest! She was very friendly, handled my request perfectly, and even said she would personally prepare my meal to ensure it was just right. That’s what I call exceptional customer service! I just wish I had caught her name because I truly appreciate people like her who are so upbeat and enjoyable to talk to. Go girl! I really wish I could have tipped you! Thank you so much! I ordered two Panda Cub meals for my kids and was surprised to find they included more meat than my adult bowl. I got the beef and broccoli, and there were only four small pieces of beef in my serving—very stingy at this location. Additionally, I had difficulty understanding the cashier because she spoke softly and had a strong accent. She also forgot to charge me for my egg rolls, so I had to return later to pay for them separately.

I asked Kristopher L, how long has the sweet fire chicken has been sitting? He goes 30 minutes. I asked to try it to make sure it was fresh and got turned down. He also mentioned they do not throw away/ waste food. The food doesn 't get replaced untilit 's gone. I asked if that was FDA approved and he goes that is not a question for me. I started to eat the orange chicken andmy chicken was raw. The sweet fire chicken was soggy.
