They don't prepare online pick up orders until you are there physically. They prioritize in-person customers. The manager (in black uniform) was very rude and ignored me, telling me to go away when I asked why my pick up order was not prepared. I evenwent there 20 mins after my pick up time to give them more time to prepare. What's the point of ordering online? Once they haveyour money (online), they don't care about you anymore. I've never had this happen to me at other Panda stores.
Don't know why the few bad reviews this place got . Sure I did have to wait a few minutes for some items to be cooked but I didn't mind the short wait . Got offered a drink while I was waiting . Real nice workers there . Ok let's get to the food .. for as much as I paid it was all worth it . Only 30 bucks for family size meal . Every item tasted good! For what it is . Can't beat it .
If I could put less than 1 star I would the worker Jocelyn was taking my order and there was no line at all I?m trying to decide what I want and she starts speaking mandarin with her coworker and fussed about me not knowing what I want and tells hercoworker to take my order.Terrible customer service they are so rude who knows what she was saying about me.
Amount is extremely low ordered the bejing beef and got like 7 small pieces , got way more string beans than honey chicken. Chow mein amount was like a small scoop for $10.50, no soy sauce, no fork, just sad. I should've went to Westlake, what was Ithinking! Book a table now
The most awesome Panda Express in the peninsula. Great music, amazing customer service, and the new crispy chili shrimp was BOMB. I was served by Andrea and she made my plate PERFECTLY without direction. the best!
The noodles were dry, the orange chicken was dry and the rice tasted like it had burned. We have been to many panda express and this was our first time at this one and we were very disappointed.
They're so efficient, the place is clean, and the food is consistently good quality. They're always working hard in here. One of my favorite places for quick, cheap, tasty takeout.
Food was great, portions are ok, had to wait only acouple minutes wasn't very long for food but was worth the wait and nice staff, will recommend 2 friends, i will be back 2 this Book a table now
I take my diabetic mother here once in a while. I'm really happy that they have diabetic friendly option. The employees are fast, friendly, professional, and curteous.
