I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. One of the employees tried to keep my payment after I reported an issue with my order. I clearly asked her to cancel it, but she didn’t seem to understand, and I had to repeat myself multiple times. She kept misinterpreting what I was saying. I called four times, and they were incredibly slow to respond. Eventually, I reached out to customer service, which thankfully answered my call right away. I honestly can’t believe how frustrating this place was; I won’t be ordering from them again. I was ready to go there and confront them about it. Despite my request to cancel my order and issue a refund, nothing was done. I never received a confirmation...
So I see that they were hiring. I called this place about 20 times and nobody picks up waste of time to even fill out an application wouldn’t recommend this store. Crazy how I called The next nearest panda express, and they answered within the first ring. I think this panda express is just very unprofessional. So if you’re thinking about filling out an application, I wouldn’t do it it’s just a waste of time they don’t need to help that bad.
The service is horrible here. I was rushed placing my order, the person who fixed my plate did not give me what I asked for, and when I asked for 2 teriyaki sauce she tried to argue with me saying one per person. On top of horrible service they were out of the Teriyaki Chicken breast, Fiery chicken breast and chop sticks. Fairly clean, friendly but very busy stuff, very limited vegan options.It would be nice if they had tofu options or just a vege/mushroom stir fry or something.Interesting to try out though.

I didn't like that the broccoli was hard, it could of been more softer. The noodles were a little bit uncooked. The mushroom chicken was good though.
Slowest and most unprofessional service ever... it doesn't matter if u order there, ahead, or delivery your going to be waiting for a while.
This location is truly doing an excellent job. I was pleasantly surprised—thank you for the fantastic service!
The food was excellent. However, the firecracker shrimp wasn't as spicy as I anticipated based on its name.
