After reading through many of these reviews, it saddens me to see how quick people are to judge and become upset over minor inconveniences. It's frustrating to see customers complain about living 30 minutes away, arriving 30 minutes before closing, or the restaurant being short-staffed. I wish I could respond to these critics directly. It's important to remember that restaurants do not operate like fast-food chains such as McDonald's, where food is constantly made to order. Ahhhhh, the food! Excellent in this area. Ambience is nice and clean. Service is spot on, thank you to the kitchen staff and specifically, Sarah M, our server. There are too few good places to eat in this town and too few people that want to work in the restaurants here. Many have had to close sometimes due to short-staffing and no-shows. I went here on a Friday night at 8 o’clock to order my meal for the drive-through. I was told they had no fried rice and would not have any for at least 15 minutes as the cook was on break. What Chinese food restaurant runs out of fried rice on a Friday evening and then does not have someone available to make more?

This restaurant is terrible. Multiple times I have arrived between 10:35 and 10:45 and there was no food ready, with the staff telling me it won't be ready until after 11. My suggestion is to change your operating hours and don't even open the doors until the food is prepared.
Second time visiting after a 30 minute drive, just to eat here. 1st time, noodles were dry, no big deal. This time, second time, 11:10 am, doors were open, no food ready and we were told it would be another hour before they could officially open. Very, very disappointing!

I had orange chicken bowl with fried rice through the drive-through. Food was good hot and the service was fast.
The service was extremely slow, I was stuck in the drive-thru for 30 minutes. It was not fast at all.
