raw chicken! orange chicken dish, teriyaki chicken dish and teriyaki chicken children meal. it was said that it was 5 minutes on orange-mwh, it was in 2 minutes. it was said that there was a 9-minute waiting time for Teriyaki chickens. teriyaki huh was in 5 minutes. the Teriyaki chicken in both meal times were raw and gummy. I had to bring back a refund. what a waste of time! don't go here. that has ruined me pretty much, that the panda express tied me up, not that it has ever been great to begin with.
I did an online order for 1 p.m. I showed up at 1 they said it would be 5 minutes and for me to pull around. I waiting until 1:30. Went inside and the food still wasn't done. Eventually got the food at 1:40. It was sitting next to the serving dishes the whole time when they were saying it wasn't ready yet. The rice was burned black and the chicken wasn't very good and mushy.
terrible eating. everything was burned to a crack. I had to throw that away. customer service was terrible and when they try to know them about the problem, they just hung up the phone! wow. zero stars if possible. no more panda express for us!
always loved panda express. orange chicken is a must try. they also have other great options, but I will always orange huh each time I visit.
