I’m not sure what’s happening with the Wendy's in Shepherdsville, but the quality has really declined! My burger was definitely not made fresh. There was no ice in the soda machine either. To top it off, the redhead at the counter had an attitude—not just towards me, but also with the customer who was in front of me. I wanted to give them another chance, but that turned out to be a big mistake! *Update (3/7/24): I tried it again, and this place is still terrible!
I went there for breakfast during my break and had a disappointing experience. After waiting for 8 minutes despite being told it would just take a minute, I politely inquired about my order. The staff member responded rudely, saying, “You don’t have to wait here; there are other places to eat around here.” There was only one other car in the drive-thru, and they were parked at the window the whole time. The behavior was rude and unacceptable.
I'd like to acknowledge the ZWEI staff who were working hard during our visit to Wendy's. No one should have to endure such stressful situations. Although it took a while to place our order and receive our food, I want to commend the ZWEI staff for their efforts. Thank you for doing your best to provide us with dinner.
This location hasn't had the famous Frosty in over 2 years. Wouldn't recommend to my dog. Per employees, the owners can't afford or won't fix the frosty machine. Keep driving, to Elizabethtown or Louisville if you want great food. Book a table now
Service was horrible and the atmosphere was bleak ..won't be going here again..it's called fast food for a reason ...I had to wait forever and it was as if the people wrkn there did not care ...
I waited in the drive-thru after placing our order, only to receive cold food with unmelted cheese. Five cars that were behind us got their food before we did. I will never return!
The fries could have been more crispy, the frosty machine was broken, the ketchup dispenser was empty. The only good part was getting my drink.
