Walked in with no one there and instead of being helped they began to work on a large online order. In the online order they gave large portions of food to the 6+ plates being ordered. When I ordered my food they gave me very small portions due to the (now) lack of food. When I asked about getting the same as the online order they told me that they give “exactly 7 pieces to each customer” which was obviously significantly smaller than the online orders. Then I had to wait for them to complete another order for a woman who walked in to pick up her online order and wanted explications about the application as my food sat there getting cold. I only come lunchtime but the manager looks like he’s doing a good job. Place is clean. Service is usually quick (yes sometimes it’s slow. It’s panda). Food is good (it’s panda, almost all are good). Specifically, chow mein noodles are not over cooked (that is one variation I’ve noticed). Parking is good. Only complaint is when it’s empty it can be cold even in summer. But that is common at pandas not at malls. Probably bc the cool works over a jet engine
I really would love to rate more than two stars since this is my local neighborhood Panda Express, but this location in particular constantly commits several issues. They skimp on the food the give, send the wrong items, forget to include teriyaki sauce when it’s obviously needed (when ordering teriyaki chicken), don’t follow special instructions. The list goes on. They may be minor issues, but it happens way too often.

Great staff and fast service at this Panda Express location. The food was available for pickup at the requested time and the preparation was solid for party order with adequate utensils, plates and condiments. The food was hot and fresh and was popular.
Rude short asian woman would not greet or take the order right and seems to have a 7th grade education and height, please do not confront, she is passive aggressive and angry on
The food is always cold, old or I have to wait for them to make what I want usually. Then when it's has vegetables it the entree they will give you more veggies than meat.
Food is stale and half of my orange chicken was fried fats…. Worst Panda ever. Plus one of the fortune cookie did not have a fortune inside… ?
