"Great coffee, fast service, spotless ambience, courteous staff"
Very upset. I ordered my drink and left thinking everything was good and when I took a sip it was bitter. They forgot to add the sweetener that I asked for because they were to busy talking when we drove by the window. I called the store and asked if they have a store credit or any type of way that I can get the right drink that I PAID for and they said that if I don't make it back it time today before they close there's nothing they can do. I myself work as a barista and I know there's some way of fixing this situation but they just didn't want to. Store needs better management or maybe just better employees
I used to be a Starbucks barista, which means three things: (1) I understand the company's expectations for product and service, (2) I have a great appreciation for the hard work Starbucks staff put in, and (3) I like to switch up my drink often to keep things interesting, which can be annoying for the baristas. Despite my complex order, Ally and the rest of the staff were quick, friendly, and did an excellent job making my Venti Decaf Vanilla Breve Cafe Frappuccino with Whip. They also maintained a sense of humor and friendliness during a busy rush. Well done, North Lake Starbucks! You made my day!
The food and drinks were of poor quality. The cashier was extremely unfriendly and took a long time to serve me. I do not plan on returning to this restaurant. Instead, I will be supporting a small, family-owned coffee shop.
Came here looking for the new Stanley Res cup spoke with Edward and he told me we just got like 3 and the crew got them. I'm sorry. Like really? People wake up early to get in line for this and we don't get chance.

Very good service, yet haven't entered since the recent remodeling of the interior. Only gone through drive thru but nonetheless enjoy coming to this location.
This Starbucks is always busy when I get there. My Starbucks was great ? as always.This is my favorite Starbucks.
The Starbucks is welcoming and has limited parking, but they do offer a drive-thru option.
