A little customer service goes a loooong way.I ordered online and drove over. There were maybe 4 people in line but the online order line was empty.I waited for a while as multiple staff members passed me multiple times, multiple employees mingled behind counter, the cashier rang up about 3 people before someone finally asked if I was there for online pick-up... For reference I'm huge, 6'4 so super tall and noticable.Then the employee proceeded to very, very, sluggishly bag my order which had been sitting on their counter the whole time...So I'm like ok cool, finally...but NOPE!!Some other male employee from the left side of the counter proceeds to engage the young lady in a personal convers...
The general manager at this store. He seems racist to me. I did a interview with this guy. Like a few weeks ago. When they had the open house interviews. I honestly believe that. He just wasn’t feeling me at all. I don’t think he like black people. I was really looking forward to getting a job there. But I guess that the job wasn’t meant for me. Sometimes they feel like they can look at you and assume that you won’t be a good asset or a good fit for the job. It’s sad when the color of your skin. Could block you from getting a job and overlooked.
The only positive aspect of this restaurant is the parking. I used to enjoy Panda Express, but my recent experience was disappointing. The food was subpar, and the portion sizes did not justify the cost. The menu options were limited, and several items, including the Rangoon, were unavailable. I genuinely hope that this is an isolated issue at this particular location, reflecting poor service and management rather than the brand as a whole. However, I will not be returning to this location.
I just went there for dinner. While eating I moved the Broccoli and found a Sautéed Cricket ??. It took everything in me not to throw up. I might be scarred for life. I will never eat there again. ????

Cashier would not accept my $50.00 even though I ordered to go broccoli and teyeraki chicken. When I got change, she still rejected payment. Terrible customer service based on this problem.
My first time coming here and it was a great experience. Hardworking, friendly service in a very clean establishment. A good return to Chinese food, even if it's a chain restaurant.
I really enjoy the food, sides, and sauces! While it might seem ordinary to some, it's fantastic and well-priced.
The food is always excellent, but the portion sizes can vary depending on who prepares it.
