To the people complaining about the drive thru, that’s the experience of living in Helena. Go inside and you will be out in 5 minutes. Each time I go in I am immediately greeted, and am helped quickly. The food is hot and always tastes good Janessa in particular is amazing. She makes sure everyone is greeted, keeps all the order straightened out and is very quick.
They charged us for something we didn’t order then didn’t give us what we ordered. Then when we went and got our refund she took back what they accidentally gave us and didn’t even give us what we did order, then we went back up and tried to get what we did order and the manager was disrespectful in the way that she talking to us.
We got to Panda Express 15 minutes before it closed after getting in from a 16 hour drive from Canada. Crystal was absolutely amazing and got us our food quickly. It was hot and delicious. Absolutely recommend!
Super slow in drive through 25 plus minutes… only two cars in front of me. … went around the corner and the two other cars had yet to receive their items… Rice was not fully cooked Book a table now
Food was horrible asked for a refund after one bite they said they would never went back on my card and they took the food back so hopefully you enjoyed never again yall sucked
The chicken tastes like it was burnt, and then they just added the sauce anyway. It was an eat the sides and toss the entire. The service was great.
Prepared quickly. The rice was without salt. The shrimp are too fatty. The tereyaki chicken was delicious. Cleanliness 4/5. The atmosphere is cozy
