It's always lovely to know you can rely on a supplier to serve fresh, tasty and consistent high-quality meals that accommodate dietary requirements a little out of the ordinary. Panda Palace have never let us down. They're always busy, which says something, doesn't it? :) But they're never too busy to make sure that our meals don't come near garlic (my partner's allergy), seafood, zucchini, capsicum etc.Parking is directly outside or around the corner. You can eat in or takeaway. Vegetarian meals are as delicious as the meat-based meals, every portion is generous. As my partner says, Always friendly, Always good!
We ordered special fried rice (with no egg) and it was not very special - had no extra meat as expected or other stuff (like baby corn, small prawns) looked like a standard fried rice.Other dishes tasted good however there really was not much meat.The gluten free dishes offered (for our mum) was fine, though limited offering - seemed to only offer meat (whether chicken, beef etc) with vegetables - no flavour as other restaurants offer.Steamed dim sim were ok however so little for the priceOverall found it good to eat but not value for money
Staff are helpful and welcoming. Food is delicious, with generous helpings. We ordered sweet and sour pork - would of liked to of seen a few more vegetable but oodles of of lovely battered crispy pork in a beautiful sauce. Chicken and Cashews - one of the best I've tasted on the Coast.
I think this is called The Panda Palace, on a corner. I have eaten here once- never again. It is difficult to put into words just how mediocre, flat.tasteless and dull this food is. Suffice to say that nothing is authentic, everything is 'dumbed down' to boring safeness. Don't bother.

This restaurant is always popular, and it's good value compared to those on the foreshore. I found the dishes rather bland and tasteless, the special fried rice, was uninspiring and certainly no extra ingredients added.
Best takeaway Chinese I have tasted on the Gold Coast do yourself a favour and try this. Always busy but Cherry is always welcoming and friendly. Try the Peking Steak - YUMMY
New owner, same great chef. Chinese and Thai dishes ordered were all great, and they arrive quickly, which is great if you are short on time.
We were looking for a "good old" chinese meal. Food was good and fried rice fair. A little overpriced but typical for the area.
