Once again, I feel like I'm paying a lot for very little. I ordered the toasted Frontega chicken sandwich and it had hardly any chicken on it. This is the second time recently that my order has been a major letdown for the price I paid. I always leave a tip for my mobile orders, but I've had enough of this location. We stopped dining in a while ago because the booths were so dirty. The tables, walls, and seats all looked like a toddler had smeared macaroni and cheese everywhere, and it was clear no one had bothered to clean it up.
One of the bet parts of my day are going to Panera in the crack of dawn. I am there early and no matter what my food is good and it is hot. I especially love the morning sandwiches. Not sure why anyone would go anywhere else. The weekday staff is friendly and very professional. They are definately do a great job. Try breakfast at Panera. So good!!! Kid-friendliness: Yes! And they have good food you can trust a child can eat.
The General Manager is fantastic! They are very helpful in offering samples of soups to try before purchasing. I appreciate that there are juice and milk choices for children. The restaurant is very clean and the food arrives promptly!
My favorite part of this Panera is how every time I buy a soda, they don't give me a cup, so I ask for one and they act like I'm stealing soda. But they let me know they don't mind that I'm stealing it. Even though I bought it.

The prices here are outrageous. A restaurant that charges $13 for lunch is unlikely to last. It's best to avoid places where the menu prices aren't clearly displayed.
Ordered lunch for the office and received some brown and slimy lettuce in all the salads. Expected more, considering what they charge!
Younger guy at the food serving counter was rude and super impatient with people. Not good customer service skills at all.
My cordon bleu melty was very good, but kind of pricey. The staff was not very friendly, but the fireplace was cozy.
