Honestly, something needs to change at this place. Despite their limited hours (11 AM-5 PM), they still manage to make the customer experience as inconvenient and confusing as possible. I arrived to grab a soda before my work shift, only to be rudely told that they were closed and I needed to leave. This was at 3:30 PM, with an hour and a half left until their scheduled closing time. I understand they might be short-staffed, but this has been the case for two years now. I would prefer if they were open just a few days a week rather than only three hours a day. They should either improve their operations or close down and let a more capable food chain make better use of the space.
Update: It seems they have changed their hours, but despite attempting to update them on Google Maps through suggested edits, the changes haven't reflected yet. Currently, the hours are Monday to Saturday from 11 AM to 5 PM, and Sunday from 12 PM to 6 PM. This location is only open about 6 hours a day, starting at 10 AM. The store is rarely open as stated. The hours displayed both on Google and on the store window do not match reality. On three occasions, the store opened between 30 minutes to an hour and a half later than the posted opening times, and other times it was closed during advertised hours.
Corporate should just shut down this location completely. A year ago, this store was closed nearly as much as it was open, which is surprising that mall management even allowed it. I guess as long as rent was paid, they didn’t mind. Recently, they opened at 11 AM instead of the advertised 9 AM, but had no coffee because the coffee machine was broken, according to the manager. Then today, once again, there was no coffee available. The same manager said they ran out but expected new supplies later.
Update: Looks like they updated their hours but it never made it to Google Maps I have attempted to amend on Google (by suggesting new hours) but we'll see if it sticks. Hours are M Sat 11AM 5PM, Sun 12 6PM. Still a shame this store is onlyopen 6 hours a day (down from 10) ___________________________________ Store is rarely open. I was impressed with this Panera Bread. The restaurant was recently renovated, and you can choose to order either through a staff member or on an iPad. I opted to order with a staff member, who was very friendly. The food was delivered to our table and felt fresh and satisfying.
LOVE ITTTTTT!!!!!!! You have try the Mac and cheese with bacon on it and have to try sooo many things the place is quite discreet and private so that?s nice and also it?s fast.... can?t say fast food. But like a rich people fast food type of style.
