august 15, 2022 I came here today after working a 13-hour shift. I love it here. I think eating and drinking are amazing. So I would come here after a long night in the work, that was what all went through me. that is why I am so sad now because two of the three people who work here were the careless and careless people I have ever interacted with. the cocaisian woman who got my order treated me like if I didn't pay for a service, her attitude made me unpleasant and undesirable. the second person who was an African American, told me that I couldn't get my chocolate late because the machine was broken that was disappointing, but I get it dinge break and stop working. but it was the way he tol...
"I wish I could give zero stars. Panera Bread is usually good, but this location is just awful. It's surprising that people still choose to eat here despite all the negative reviews. When it first opened, it was fantastic. Now, the restaurant isn't as clean as it used to be. The staff seems too busy chatting and laughing among themselves to pay attention to customers, and even when they do, they often get your order wrong. And just so you know, if you want an extra piece of bread, it will cost you an extra $1.50. Yesterday was my last visit to this location; from now on, I'll be going to the Panera in Everett."
Staff is friendly for the most part. Sometimes service is fast but usually just terrible. Curbside orders rarely get delivered to your vehicle, most of the time I have to go in and get them and by that time the food is cold. I also always check my orderbefore I leave because the kitchen gets it wrong quite often and somehow always managed to give me items that are less expensivethan what I pre-paid for. The staff also never picks up the phone when you try to call to get any issues rectified so make sureto have time to go back to the store if something is wrong!
I wish I didn 't had to give any Star Panera Bread is good, but this location is simply terrible, crazy that people still go to this place with all the negative reviews. Additionally, the staff rarely answers the phone when I try to resolve any issues, so be prepared to go back inside if something is wrong!
Before I ordered, someone was receiving an order which they apparently got wrong. It happens though, no big deal. But then after I ordered, I waited 20 mins for a coffee just to find out that they didn 't even get the order right. I 'm still waiting for the correction and figured I 'd write a review while I wait another 20 minutes...Also, after 15 minutes, I went up to the pickup window to ask if my order went through. They noticed me waiting and after a while, and said in a rude tone we 'll call your name when your orders ready
Don't leave the drive thru without checking your bag bc your order will most likely be wrong. If you decide to go back in to retrieve the rest of your order expect to wait an additional 30 minutes with ****-poor customer service. Can we hire an actual adult to run this location? Take the extra few minutes and go to the Panera in Everett. They are way better than this sad excuse of a location in Medford.
I like this Panera bread. I ordered the caramel latte, cinnamon crunch bagel with honey nut cream cheese and spinach bacon souffle. sometimes I can order a sandwich tomorrow morning. very delicious food.

They educated me about the Sip Club, which I really appreciate. However, I have to deduct one point because it is, after all, just a fast food restaurant.
