After not visiting Panera Bread for over a year, we decided to give it another try today. They've improved significantly since our last visit, when we left due to their unreasonable enforcement of mask rules. As long as they remain reasonable, I’m happy to continue coming here. The food was good, the service was quick, and the menu offered plenty of appealing options.

I wanted to take my mom out for lunch tonight, and she suggested Panera Bread since it’s nearby her house. We’ve dined there a few times before and have always enjoyed it. When we arrived on Saturday at 2:00 PM, the restaurant was quite empty. I ordered the mac and cheese along with a cup of French onion soup, while my mom opted for a cup of noodle soup and a bagel. My soup was delicious, filled with onions and topped with cheesy bread. The mac and cheese is one of my favorites! Overall, Panera is fantastic, and my mom and I had a delightful lunch on that warm afternoon. I highly recommend it!
The restaurant is quite spacious, which is a plus. I usually place my orders online to skip the long lines. However, parking can be a bit tight during busy times, and I've noticed that drivers often speed a little too much when entering and around the terrace area. They frequently run low on bananas because the smoothies are so popular. I usually aim for the strawberry banana smoothie, but sometimes I have to settle for just a strawberry one. Such are the trials of life!
I recently had the pleasure of dining at this fantastic restaurant and was genuinely impressed by their delightful menu. The broccoli cheese soup was wonderfully creamy, and the steak sandwich was cooked to perfection, overflowing with flavor. The turkey BLT provided a delicious twist on a classic favorite. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with guests busily working on their laptops and iPads. Overall, it was a five-star experience!

This is the finest Panera Bread location in the entire chain. The food quality is outstanding, and the customer service is top-notch. The manager, Hugo, is truly exceptional. He genuinely takes pride in helping customers. We have been visiting this location for almost 20 years and absolutely adore it. Thank you, Hugo, for your excellent service at Panera!
I visited this restaurant on my way home from Newport and had a great experience with the complimentary drinks. The place was clean, and the staff were very friendly. I placed my order in advance using the app, which made finding parking and picking up my drinks very convenient.
The food was tasty, and the staff was friendly. However, the Wi-Fi needs improvement. I came here to work but couldn't get online. Since this place likely attracts many customers, upgrading the Wi-Fi is essential to avoid losing people to Starbucks.
I frequently order takeout from this restaurant, but they consistently make mistakes. Three out of five times, my order is missing a side dish or another item.
