I ordered Rapid Pickup online, but there was nothing speedy about it. The shelves for Rapid Pickup were empty, and after my order was completed, they called names from behind the counter. I was informed that my order was ready, but my name wasn’t displayed on the screen indicating that my salad was prepared. I took a seat and waited. After some time, I noticed people coming and going, so I got up and went to the counter myself — only to find my order just sitting there! I asked the woman at the counter if my order was there, since I had been waiting for my name to be called. She simply said, “Oh yes, sorry,” and returned to her tasks. Overall, this experience was quite disappointing.

The food took an unbelievable 45 minutes to arrive. We ordered at the kiosk, but there was no information about the expected wait time. After waiting 25 minutes, my husband asked the staff about getting a refund, only to find out that they couldn't refund a gift card, which felt quite unfair. We were left with no option but to either wait for our food for the entire 45 minutes or lose our $35. I want to make it clear that I'm not blaming the staff, as I recognize they were short-staffed, and I've been there before. I just wish there had been a sign at the kiosk to inform customers about the possible wait time.

So, we were left waiting for our meal for a full 45 minutes or risk losing $35. I don't blame the staff; they were clearly short-staffed, and I've seen this before. It would have been helpful if there had been a sign near the kiosk indicating the wait time.

This was our second visit to the restaurant, and I was disappointed with the service. Our bowls of soup were only half-filled, and when I ordered a duet, the server took away half of my sandwich right in front of me after looking at my receipt. I've never encountered something like that before; it felt quite rude. On a positive note, the manager was kind enough to refill the other half of one of the soup bowls. We like this place to have soups especially our favorite Onion cheese soup. Looks this time they read my mind and prepared soup before I ordered in the kiosk. The two different soups we ordered for our family were less warm (close to cold) and the sandwich too. But the taste and hunger made us to finish it in first thing. Note: they offer $10 free bonus card for every $50 gift card. The bonus card has some limitations. Check.

The food is good, however the service has gotten shady recently. As of a few months ago they started implementing a minimum order requirement in order to get curb side pick up otherwise you can only pick up in store. Today i ordered the Tuesday baker's dozen in store for $6.99 but saw it was $7.59 to order in the app. I don't know what else they charge more when you order in the app but be careful.

Panera has been one of my go-to spots for lunch for many years, but I was very disappointed with the level of customer service I experienced recently. I had a few questions for the manager, Jamie, and she seemed quite indifferent and unhelpful. While I still enjoy the food, the lack of customer service was disappointing.

My family always goes to this location all the time. I went to this location for the first time and the staff, the managers was super rude. I’m really shock how they treat their customer. I would never go to this location anymore neither my family. Negative 5 start. Book a table now

The butternut soup this autumn is truly delightful! However, the chipotle chicken sandwich was somewhat disappointing, although the bread itself was nice.
