The level of ignorance displayed by the cashier was amazing. My son and I were the only ppl waiting at the cash register. Waiting for an extended period of time to be helped only for another customer to walk in and then the woman suddenly became available and helped them, ignoring that I was waiting several minutes to pay for my items. When I complained, the woman became ignorant and said well I hope you have a nice day. See ya.! Well sweetheart, I hope you are in a position soon or no, customer would have to deal with you. Because you shouldn’t be in a position where any customer sees you representing their business.
Stopped by on Saturday April 1st to grab lunch. Store was not as clean as it normally is. Crew members preparing food were dropping F bombs the entire time I waited. Shocked to see 2 members walk around the corner and smoke while still just a few step away from counter. Food was fine though but definitely won 't go back to this location for awhile.
This is the best location that I have been to in the area. The staff are professional, the restaurant is clean, and the orders are prepared quickly. My order was made right the first time and the dining area was calm. This will be my new go-to location when visiting Panera!
To be honest it's such a vibe being here, just chilling and sipping on a coffee Love it here And I know someone personally here Who I adore with all my heart So shout out to my mom Anyway 100% recommend coming
