This was the first time I went to the Glen Burnie location and I will be going back. Food is always good and a great selection for whatever mood you are in but the staff made my visit extra special. I had my 8 month old and all the stuff that goes with a baby. The man that helped take me order told me to just get my drink and sit down and he would bring my food to me. I know they do not usually do this but he realized I had my hands full. It made for a relaxing lunch with my little one!! Thank you!!
The food was delicious, it came out in a timely manner and everyone was friendly. The restaurant is clean and I have no health concerns going in there. The turkey bacon bravo is delicious and I just got their teriyaki chicken and broccoli rice bowl and that was fantastic.
I come to Panera almost every morning and the staff is beyond amazing. They always greet me and now know my order. The only reason I chose 4 on food is often times they are out of foods that I would like to order.
I can't say enough about this Panera! They are always so very friendly and kind. Some of them know my order by heart now. They are always patient with a smile on their face. Panera you have an awesome crew here!

Great customer service and well made food. BUT I do have to say I was dissatisfied with one meal. And they MORE than made up for it, replaced it, and then some. No questions asked. I'm one happy customer!
I have visited this location many times. Not too busy today; 2-3 employees taking orders with ease. Very clean and warm. They were out of pastries due to a big order this morning, but otherwise great!
The service was outstanding, the food was fantastic, and it was utterly delicious! I have no complaints at all. It's a wonderful fast casual place.
Great experience (food) 2 for never disappoints. Very few outlets available for work, but the environment is clean and smells good.

I like Panera they have good flatbread pizza I like the atmosphere I'm surprised to see a microwave inside and I love the fireplace
