I usually have good experiences at Panera Bread, but this visit was unusual. For starters, they were completely out of the most common types of bread like wheat and whole grain, which is surprising for a bakery. Also, I placed an order through the app while parked outside the restaurant. A few minutes later, I got a text saying my order was ready when I walked in, and I even saw it appear on the order screen—only for it to disappear shortly after. Several customers came and went, and it took about ten more minutes before my order was actually ready. Unbelievable! Friday afternoon about 5pm I walked into the Creve Coeur BreadCo for bagels. ?Stepped up to order a baker?s dozen, and the young lady said they were out of bagels. Right next to her were TWO TALL, FULL RACKS OF FRESH BAGELS!!! When I inquired, the Manager ?Jenn? came out and told me those were for TOMORROW, so I couldn?t buy them!! No wonder this store was virtually empty at the dinner hour! WE HAVE WHAT YOU NEED, AS YOU CAN SEE, BUT WE WILL NOT SELL IT TO YOU. So I left without buying anything. ?Not going back, either. BUY YOUR BAGELS ELSEWHERE FOLKS, where there?s a chance they appreciate their customers?. As I stated earlier- Unbelievable!
At the New Ballas location, it seems that the staff this Sunday morning hasn't received adequate training. They were friendly and trying their best, but they messed up a simple order (a cafe mocha and a bagel that wasn't toasted) and took a long time to prepare it. I waited about 15 minutes for an order ahead of mine, which took another 5 minutes to complete. The workers appeared a bit overwhelmed behind the counter. Management should provide them with more support.

About 15 minutes passed just to serve the order ahead of mine, and the other five orders took even longer. The employees appeared somewhat confused behind the counter. Management needs to provide better support.

I ordered online and ended up waiting over an hour for my food. When my order finally arrived, my sandwich was burnt! I've never experienced this at any other Panera location. I tried calling the manager five times, but haven't been able to get through. I'm very disappointed and frustrated.
that's the worst panera! I left yesterday and burned Broccoli-Cheddar soup. Every time I go, something is always wrong. the last time you're here! if you're looking for a closer panera they go to the location on old olive or from westport! pictures are appropriate!
Placed my order online, took over 1 hour to get ready. When I received my order my sandwich was burnt! Any other Panera I go to my sandwich is never burnt only at this one! I have called over 5 times to speak to a manager and still no answer! I am highlyupset!
