I always expect to find that they’re out of whatever I order. On one occasion, I asked for soup, and all I received was a half-filled cup pushed through the drive-thru window, along with a grumpy announcement that they were out of mac and cheese. How is it possible that these locations frequently run out of so many items when they make them on-site? The management is clearly poor, and the staff doesn’t seem to care. This frustrating experience happens repeatedly, month after month, and year after year. Disappointing. I noticed fruit flies or gnats buzzing around the bakery items, sticking to the Danish pastries. I alerted the employee at the cash register, but she seemed either half-asleep or out of it; she just said "okay" and walked away. Thirty minutes later, the issue remains unresolved...
I like Panera's food and I typically have a good experience there but my visit tonight was terrible.
