The Panera in Gambrills has dropped the ball too many times now that I am obligated to write this review. From missing a whole meal within an order, incorrect items(no bacon on sandwich when ordered), and now poor quality ingredient(see avocado in pictures). For all your customers please get it together with the quality consistency of orders. At this point, I will not be ordering from this location until I hear that things have improved. I gave two stars since it's hit or miss with them, like 2 out 5 orders are done well and as expected. Note: the issues have been experienced while ordering rapid pickup order delivery only.
A great Panera. Sufficient parking is around the corner. It does get a bit busy around the lunchtime rush. The bathrooms, while a bit dated, have always been clean enough. The food has always been great. Apart from the lunchtime rush, and people hangingout for hours using the wifi, normally there is plenty of indoor seating. There is some limited outdoor seating if that is yourthing. The staff have always been friendly and responsive.
I am not sure what happened but they are not as good as used to be. Souffles are never available and workers do not even say hello. Customer service here is highly lacking. I have stood waiting to order and no one has even paid me any attention. Thefood is your normal panera food and I have only recieved one wrong order. I am posting a picture of the lobster roll which wasokay but lacked flavor.
I ordered the pizza because she had tried the one in Philly. Oh my gosh, I had to throw it away. The cheese didn’t melt and there was barely any sauce. Other items were good, though. I’m also frustrated that the online menu doesn’t match the in-store menu. With only one register and long lines, it adds to the frustration. There are definitely better places to eat, but I still love this place.

I waited for order and no one even gave me attention. The food is your normal pane food and I have just restored a wrong order. I post a picture of the lobster roll that was fine, but there was no taste.
This location has lost its luster. The dining room was completely flirty at 3PM in the afternoon. I literally had to use a napkin to remove the food items from the seat and table that are shown in the pictures. I asked for the Dinh f room to beserviced and someone strolled through and wiped down a few tables but didn?t service the floor ????????????
Order green goddess salad which has no onion no avocado and I asked for dressing. I didn?t realize the salad was missing components until getting home. The smoothie person wiped her bare nose with her hands I asked her to glove them while making my smoothing and the manager came over and gave them all cash while they were handling food. Horrible
