This is a great Panera : they have very friendly staff who are always more than happy to accommodate anything a customer wants. I had a great ice caramel latte, unfortunately my chip bag was open so my delicious crispy chips were very stale which is uncommon but I do love the caprese sandwich! It's totally the bomb I just don't understand why they don't cut it in half? Otherwise great place!
I should have read these reviews before ordering. I agree with the other reviews regarding skimping on the online to go orders. This morning I ordered a Turkey Bravo with extra bacon. Take a look at what I got (image attached). I never mind paying extra, but be honest with your customers. This is less than you get on a regular sandwich.
Pastry is great, but run out too early. Need a little better counter service coverage, as I waited about 5 minutes for someone to come over and ask if I needed something! No, I just walked in to stare at the Pastry! Really?

What happened to the sprouted grain roll recipe? Until recently it was round, dense, grainy and flavorful - everything a "sprouted grain" roll should be.
Good service. Not busy. Coffee was ok. Pumpkin muffin was delicious. Cold out so i loved the fireplace. Nice touch. Very clean.
