Because of the incident, I NEVER went back to this specific Panera Bread. So, for Christmas, I received a Panera gift card. Called today to pick up sandwiches and a different (guy) manager wouldn't honor what she promised. Still went in today to order sandwiches and we told the cashier to toast the bread/cheese, and they messed up our request. I pointed this out while we were there and the guy just offered to give us toasted bread/cheese and expected us to take out/transfer the contents from one sandwich to the other! This Panera Bread location is awful. I ordered the Frontega chicken sandwich, and the chicken was completely inedible. It was complete rubber and about as good as I would expect chicken from the dollar store would be. The broccoli cheddar soup was so runny and watery maybe from someone crying about the horrible reviews for this location. They also got most of our order wrong and were rude when we asked them to correct things. So, heed caution when coming here and the poor ratings for this location were accurate and very easily earned by this subpar team.
Always order online pick up in store. Good reviews and they’ve never messed up my pretty specific order. It’s always ready when I get there and it’s packaged perfectly and always fresh. Even when it’s crowded, the food is ready and available for you to take.Parking: Free lot but there aren’t a lot of spots in the shopping center due to all the other stores that share the space; unless you’re willing to walk a 100-200 yards, you’re gonna need to circle several times

I indulged in a delicious lunch at this restaurant. I ordered a half chicken salad sandwich with bacon, creamy chicken soup, and hot tea. The combo came with a choice of chips or an apple, and I chose the chips. The soup was so delicious that I tried to order more to take home, but unfortunately it was sold out. I ended up ordering a small mac and cheese to go, this time choosing an apple. The food was tasty, but I don't come here often.

I love Panera but the person working there is horrible. All I did was stand up out of my seat and she kicked me out. I’m so disappointed I come here so often and this is the first time anything like this has happened. She yelled at me and kicked me out of the restaurant even though I’m a paying costumer. I didn’t cause any commotion and yet I got yelled at. If I could give her 0 stars I would.
The size of the breakfast sandwiches is absolutely laughable now. You raised the price, and then cut the size to nothing. This is ridiculous, how are you not embarrassed to charge people money for this? Another place for breakfast from now on.
