This location really needs some improvement. It seems like they are always short-staffed whenever I visit. The team preparing the food behind the pick-up counter appears to be overwhelmed, as they often seem irritated when asked for assistance. If there's an issue with your order, it can be quite difficult to find someone to help you resolve it. While the food is generally good, the prices they charge for a decent lunch definitely justify having enough staff to provide things like coffee cups and napkins. Wikipedia calls Panera Bread: bakery-café fast casual restaurants. In simple words this is a self service cafe-restaurant. They offer an experience that aims to be more than Starbucks but less than a full pledged restaurant. The menu includes baked goods,hot and cold drinks and a variety of simple food menu items. There is plenty of room to sit inside and restrooms. This shoppingcenter offers free parking. The bottom line: If you are looking for a very casual place to get something to eat and a goodcoffee, Panera Bread is a great place to try.
On Saturday mornings, the restaurant tends to be quite busy around 10 AM. They receive a large number of mobile orders, resulting in a constant influx of customers. Unfortunately, they only have one cashier, and the staff responsible for food preparation often seem overwhelmed. After a while, the coffee stations and the dish return area can get a bit chaotic and aren't as well maintained. Some weeks are better than others in terms of service. We're currently on the lookout for another spot to gather as a group for breakfast on weekends.
My order was not only 20 minutes late, but the staff was also quite unfriendly. My name disappeared from the "ready" board, and when I asked about it since I still hadn’t received my order, they told me to just wait until they called me. Once I finally reached my destination and looked inside the bag, I was extremely disappointed with what I received. This franchise is awful and has completely changed my perception of Panera.

This is the only Panera Bread location I've visited that features a conference room! Unfortunately, it was closed today for a private event with someone working inside. They have ordering kiosks available, but if you have a beverage membership, you still need to go to the register since the kiosks don’t provide cups. It was extremely busy—probably the busiest I’ve ever seen this place.
I got half size chicken caesar salads, and my friend got chipotle chicken avo sandwich (customized and took out cilantro). They both come with free sides, so I chose an apple, and my friend got a small bag of chips. I liked my salads. I had it without the dressing, still delicious. I didn't try the sandwich, but it was big and appetizing!
This is the only Panera I've been to with a conference room! The room was closed to the public today while someone was working inside. They have kiosks, but if you have a drink membership you still need to go to the register since there are no cups by thekiosk. It was very busy, probably the busiest one I've been to.
I was happy with the food and service. I visited two locations, but both had sold out of soufflés before 9:30. Hopefully, this will be improved soon. I ended up choosing a cube egg pack with bacon and cheese. It was good, but I still preferred the soufflés.

Had a nice day with the family at this location. It’s in a nice outdoor shopping mall. Food is as usual. It’s not the cleanest Location otherwise they get 5 stars.
Delicious! Don’t forget to try their healthy juices as a great alternative to soda.
