I had a disappointing experience with an extremely rude woman, who I believe was the manager 8:30 PM 10/14/24, she was sweeping) I helped a homeless man load his bag because he was struggling and about to drop his drinks. I moved a small end table by the kitchen window to the drink area to help him load his bag without spilling anything. I informed the manager that I had moved the table, not the homeless man, to ensure he wouldn 't get in trouble. However, she started watching him closely, making me feel bad. As I was leaving, I apologized to the manager about the table, and she suddenly became aggressive. she leaned forward , her eyes bugged out, and she snapped, STOP TALKING ABOUT THE TABL...
TIA NEEDS DISCIPLINARY ACTION OR TO BE RELOCATED TO A DIFFERENT POSITION. SHE HARASSED ME AND MY FAMILY AS WE WERE DINING IN AND EVEN CALLED SECURITY.
