When I went to the front, a manager stepped out and offered to refund me the $11 and change. She mentioned that I would need to return the refund to the card I paid with, which was acceptable. However, it’s now been 6 hours, and I still haven’t seen the refund. To make matters worse, I didn’t keep copies of any of the receipts. So, just a word of caution for future diners.
I went through the drive-thru and noticed that the person in front of us seemed to have placed a large order, which caused quite a delay. After waiting for our turn, we ordered and parked behind them. We ended up sitting in the drive-thru for 15 minutes. When we finally reached the payment window, it took another 5 minutes before we received our 3 bagels.
This will be my first and last visit to this restaurant. I ordered a Baja warm grain bowl without any added meat and paid ten dollars for a bowl that was less than half full. It was not satisfying at all. Check out the picture. Clearly, they should stop featuring overflowing bowls in their ads and promotions.
I had a disappointing experience visiting this restaurant at night. The service was poor, and the cashier was unfriendly. I wouldn't recommend coming here at this time, especially if you're looking to enjoy a coffee and chat with friends or family. Book a table now
The food was decent, though it felt a bit pricey. Personally, I would prefer not to have to go pick up my food. However, the baked goods were definitely a highlight!
Always a great experience! I just wish the coffee was served at a hotter temperature. The restaurant is consistently clean, both inside and out.
$12.95 for one of the worst chicken sandwiches I?ve ever had the misfortune to purchase. I highly regret choosing to dine at Panera.
