I frequently visit this restaurant because of its convenient location. A few months back, the service was exceptional, but it seems like they've recently hired new staff, and the quality has declined. I went through the drive-thru around 3:30 PM to pick up my order, but after five minutes of waiting without any response on the intercom, I decided to move up to the window. Unfortunately, it seemed like no one noticed me there, so I figured I would go inside.

Honestly a very good location to dine in. The service here was great and quick, with the employees being super friendly and charismatic when it came to taking our orders and letting us know when our food would be ready. The dining room is super huge, and there are many booths and tables to choose from. The place itself has a very welcoming vibe to it, and it's a wonderful place to eat peacefully while also taking in the nice view the windows provide. Although I haven't been here since July of 2022, I'd love to come back again some time in the future see how much this location has changed. Great place overall.
Stopped before work to grab a Flatbread pizza. The staff was nice but the wait was long and the Flatbread pizza was horrible..when I think of Flatbread I think of crispy. This Flatbread was soggy an undercooked. The tomatoes were still cold I was so disappointed. And on top of that I was late for work because of the long wait. I figured it would be cooked to perfection for as long as I waited for it.
They need to teach their staff customer service skills. Marisol was not professional and when you ask for manager, someone comes out named Stephanie who obviously wasn't management because when I gave her the complaint she just stared at me instead of saying of apologizing or at the least say that she would address the matter to her employee.

Once I week, I visit this Panera to have breakfast and to complete my work. The location is clean, quiet and very accommodating. The WIFI is good for work meetings.
Came in a few hours ago and this kid with curly hair Sebastian was very rude. You need to train your worker to have manners this is completely unacceptable!
So I was getting a drink and the starry, I found out, was actually tonic water! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!! DO BETTER NEXT TIME!!!!!!!!!
