The food and service at Panera are always great. However, the building's cleanliness is lacking, with bio growth in supply registers and AC returns full of dust and dirt. The air quality is atrocious, and the location is filthy with dust on everything. It is disappointing that the restaurant has not taken care of these issues. I will not be returning to this location and will check the air quality before visiting in the future. Panera needs to do better.
I love panera! but a few things that were frustrated were the cash said I have a reward for a free bowl of 3 options. I chose the rice terraiyaki bowl and recognized after I came home, I was charged for this bowl. always check their actions.
The parking situation at this restaurant is a bit unusual. You can only exit to the right onto 41 North, but you can enter from Cochran Blvd in Port Charlotte, FL.
carol who works on the theke is the most friendly person of all time. Eating is always great and never too busy to have no places. great panera to visit!
