This restaurant is probably the worst place to visit. I usually don't leave negative reviews, as I understand that sometimes things can go wrong, but I have ordered from here several times and every time there have been mistakes. This last order was the worst yet - they forgot half of our order. When I called to inquire about the missing food, I was told that they couldn't deliver it because they use a third party delivery service. When I asked for a refund for the missing food, I was told by the person on the phone that they weren't sure they could do anything for me. So now I'm out $30 and have no food. I would have been okay if they had just refunded me for the missing items.
From door to kitchen area they all all very helpful, patient and polite, this is always like this. Cashier was wearing a mask, she was very polite and helpful right before she touched our food, she put fresh gloves which is a very good sign for us. Their breads are so good only complain could be they should make better bagels they are good but not good enough for a New Yorker : For bagels, we tired to go to next door but the guy there he was so gross we couldn't eat here, we came panera for a good very clean food. Who ever is keeping this employees happy they are doing good job good management i think.
I would like to give a special acknowledgement to Rob at the Panera in Westport, CT. A few years ago, I had a medical emergency at the Darien Panera when it was still open. Someone called an ambulance and I was taken to the hospital. Despite this traumatic experience, whenever I see Rob at different Panera locations, he always remembers me and asks how I am doing. It means a lot to me that he has not forgotten that incident. In a world where customer service can often feel automated and uncaring, the exceptional service and delicious food at Panera make it a true pleasure to visit.
The Panera in Westport is very clean and the staff is very friendly. Service is very quick and dependable. The food is delicious and attractively prepared. I love their autumn soup, onion soup, and their veggie sandwich. my mother is a big fan of their corn chowder, and their chicken salad sandwich. Their bread is always so fresh and delicious.

Great food, especially for the 'pick two '. With half of the sandwich with salad or soup combo, A good combination for fibers and protein. The portion is just right for me. The environment is alway clean. Staffs are friendly. Being a member, I often get discount on beverages or pastry. A good place for good food.
Excellent! We had a Sales meeting called up not sure what to order the manager gave me some suggestions and it was a hit. I absolutely love having breakfast or brunch at this place. My favorite dish is always the broccoli and cheese soup served in a bread bowl. It brings back great memories of my meetings with friends!
Short lines, a lot of seating, friendly staff and before you knew it we had our meal in hand and under 5 minutes. Clean bathrooms with paper towel next to the door for a clean exit.
