Ordered at the drive-thru. Asked for a sliced bagel and hot chocolate. Paid at the window and left. Didn't look at my order or tasted my drink until I got to work. When I looked the bagel was sliced wrong/off and the hot chocolate was WHITE barely any chocolate in it! I called the store asking them for a refund spoke to REFHMI, she stated I had to bring the order back just to get a refund. I told her I was at work, that's not possible. She pulled up my order and literally repeated it back to me, so if you can see it in the system, you can refund it. She then told me the staff said they put chocolate in it and it's on the bottom of the cup. Not true because I already got a spoon and mixed it...
I ordered via the app an hour before closing. After they closed my driver (they assigned a DoorDash driver) called to tell me that someone already picked up my order which was not true. Never got any updates saying food was picked up and never got my order. They didn’t want to make the order cause the food was already put away (via DoorDash driver they assigned) which is insane to me. They want DoorDash to take the fall for their laziness. If I could give negative stars I would.
I ordered a fuji apple chicken salad with no pecans. I can only assume this one lowly pecan sitting in the middle of my salad was some kind of joke. Imagine the humor if I were the type to trust my order was as requested, didn't look and had an allergicreaction. Edited: Decided to share the incident with management. They were very accommodating. Here's hoping they are morecareful. Some people are more sensitive than I.
I haven 't been in awhile because I had been disappointed, and this time will be my last! I loved their French Onion Soup, thought how could you go wrong? I will ytell you how,,,1/2 bowl at $8.00 for starters, shreds of cheese, barely melted or warm, and six croutons! I am done, too many places to go these days, sorry Panera!

Panera, this is not the first time I have received my orders unsealed. It is crucial that precautions are taken, especially when there are children we are buying food for. We don't know who is delivering our food. Otherwise, Panera should consider withdrawing the service from DoorDash to ensure customer safety.
This is just sad. I traveling from out of state to visit family. I haven't eaten all day and decided to stop at Panera. They gave me one tiny scoop of chicken salad on my sandwich. This is the poorest customer service I have ever experienced in myadult life. This is pathetic.
This was a nice way to relax during a long trip. The staff was very nice, the location was very convenient the food was quite good and the prices were reasonable. My only reservation is that the water tastes terrible
Enjoyed a delicious lunch. The service was great and the staff was friendly. The dining was cold, making the overall experience unsatisfactory.
