order several times since pandemic and each time seems worse and worse. stuff simply was completely missing that we ordered, suppe that only broth, stale brot. comes on youngs. that is basic witness that is not even remotely done properly. time to search elsewhere.
Food has gone down hill and they can’t seem to get the orders right. Order a whole sandwich and get a half then they try to argue with you hat you ate half even though they just handed it to you. So disappointing will not be going back to waste my money anymore.
my favorite panera I visited in my life. the interior of this position is absolutely beautiful. I also love the digital display to easily track the status of their order. please retrofit all Panera locations to be like this! it's amazing.
