Really Panera? This is the quality you’re okay with putting out? You charge $7 for a smoothie and only offer one size and you can’t even bother to fill it to the top? Second time this has happened!!! Ridiculous. Then this sloppy soggy mess of a sandwich? I couldn’t even eat it because it was so disgusting. Done with this place. They’ve become sloppy and lazy with food and drink orders but still wanna charge an arm and a leg. $30 for this!!! Embarrassing
The food at the restaurant was delicious, the service was excellent, however, I found it too cold in the dining area. Luckily, I didn't have to wait long before I was able to secure a warm and cozy spot by the fireplace. It was a snowy and miserable day outside. Unfortunately, after I left, another woman quickly took my comfortable spot by the fire. I believe that Panera should add more cozy seats in front of their fireplaces.
The fat, black haired with glasses is a joke and should be terminated. I'll take her job! I should not be harassed and laughed by her for being a regular. I find it very odd how the employees like to seemingly stare and admire you to figure out how you look as if they have some very criminal ideas running in their heads!!! Bye bye Panera!
My wife ordered by Grub Hub everything was excellent and I am a rider worth buried by me I had Thai chicken soup Very tastefully nice kick to him Also I have a pastry pecan braìd Everythit without a hitch Thua8 seemed to have mood management delivery was also just a few minutes early Book a table now
I typically order the grilled cheese, and it's absolutely delicious! However, the rest of the menu is equally impressive, particularly the desserts. They strike the perfect balance—not too sweet and not too tart—making them just right for most people's taste.
The staff and management at this restaurant are fantastic. I have been dining here and ordering takeout for many years. They went above and beyond to resolve an issue with a delivery. Thank you for upholding the standards of a traditional establishment.
The manager here is fantastic, which is the main reason I keep coming back to this location. The coffee is excellent, and the sip club is really convenient. The deals available when you order through the tablet are quite tempting too!
The person at the counter was neither helpful nor friendly, which was disappointing since it was my first visit. The $12 sandwich I received felt underwhelming and not worth the price. I won't be coming back. Book a table now
Normally I am really happy with this Panera but today we ordered on the mobile app for pickup around 6pm and my Napa Almond Chicken Salad sandwich barely had ANY chicken salad on it. Very disappointed.
