I was disappointed with my recent experience at this restaurant. The pepperoncinis in my salad and the lettuce in my sandwich were spoiled. They were also out of cherry tomatoes for the salad, but they offered sliced tomatoes for our sandwiches instead. Without informing us, they substituted cheddar for gouda in the bacon turkey bravo sandwich. To top it off, the lemonade tasted stale. The sandwiches seemed poorly assembled, and considering we were the only online order at the time, and the restaurant was empty when we picked up our food, it was clear that the staff did not pay attention to detail or care about the quality of our order.
O I ordered a decaf coffe and after I paid I learned there was no decaf coffee. SI asked one of the associates to help me out and was told wwe are too busy to make coffee. So I left and wrote a note and I received a response from a Team Leader (not going to tell you her name-not professional) who apologized and she said she was putting a coffee on my account. Three weeks later I sent her a follow up email asking where is the the coffee? It is three weeks later and she never had the courtesy to respond and I have yert to receive my coffee. Poor execution, no follow through and terrible systems. I won't be going back
I really like visiting this Panera Bread because it's a great place for networking. The customer service is top-notch, and the food quality is consistently good here, unlike the location near West Farms Mall. Based on my personal experiences and the dishes I've tried, I would give it a rating of 4 out of 5. The cinnamon crunch bagel is especially delightful, and I recommend trying the chipotle chicken sandwich without cheese. Their green smoothie is also quite tasty, but keep in mind that it contains dairy, so consider that before ordering.
rotated paprika in my salat and rotted salat on my sandwich. the app said they were cut from cherry tomats for salat, but not for our sandwiches. they underscored the cheddar for gouda in the bacon turkeybrow without heads up. lemonade tasted days old. sandwiches looked like they were thrown together by a 5 year old. the load was empty when we picked up, we were the only online order for time. no care by the staff at this place.

Most of the tables were dirty and covered in crumbs, and the prices were excessively high. I paid more than $17 for a sandwich and a bowl of soup, and I was very disappointed with the quality. I don't plan on returning here anytime soon. On a positive note, the staff was friendly, but it was irritating when they asked for our names for the order and then didn't call them out when the food was ready.
Panera Bread is dangerously close to being unacceptable. My last five takeout orders have been incorrect or missing items. Today, even the simplest items from the menu were either prepared incorrectly or unavailable. The management clearly has no idea how to handle this ongoing problem that has lasted for months. I don’t understand why I keep putting myself through this experience.
This restaurant offers an excellent selection for vegans, with the Mediterranean Sandwich being a standout and especially delicious option. The ambiance is warm and modern, and the staff is very welcoming. Their menu features a diverse range of soups, sandwiches, salads, bagels, donuts, and drinks.
this place is only one step away from the abyss. the last 5 commands were wrong or missing food. Today, the most basic eating was either wrong or made out. who runs this place has no indication that this was a months-long problem. I don't know why I keep tormenting myself by coming here.

I picked up a to-go order 15 minutes before closing. The order was accurate and the ingredients were fresh. They had already packed up all the bakery items for donation. I understand it was close to closing, but it would have been nice to enjoy a sweet treat.
