The pepperoncinis in my salad and lettuce on my sandwich were both spoiled. The restaurant was out of cherry tomatoes for the salad but had sliced tomatoes for our sandwiches. They substituted cheddar for gouda in the bacon turkey bravo without informing us. The lemonade tasted old. The sandwiches appeared to be haphazardly assembled. The restaurant was empty when we picked up our order, and we were the only online order at the time. The staff at this location showed no care or attention to detail.
This place is one step away from abysmal. The past 5 take out orders have been wrong or missing food. Today the most basic food was either made wrong or out. Whoever is managing this place has no clue as this has been a months-long problem. I don 't knowwhy I keep torturing myself by coming here.
This restaurant has great options for vegans, with the Mediterranean Sandwich standing out as a particularly tasty choice. The atmosphere is cozy and contemporary, and the staff is friendly. They offer a wide variety of soups, sandwiches, salads, bagels, doughnuts, and beverages.
While they have frequently gotten my order wrong in the past, I must say that they seem to have improved their accuracy. It seems that some employees and managers are now on the same page.
