Panera Bread, y’all are SO wrong for this!!! Chicken Teriyaki bowl…Ordered this from the website for my lunch today. Thought I was getting the one on the left…but the one on the right showed up. And it was $12.00!!!! And when I asked the manager about it, she just said she was so sorry that it costs so much!! Yeah, ok,…but I t’s ugly tooooo!!! That’s the last $12 y’all will evahhh get from me!!! And it tasted just like it looks ?
Had dinner here Sunday nights. Dining room was very dirty. Tables with dishes on them, trash all the over the floor, bathrooms dirty, trash cans overflowing with spilled food on top. Food was good but not a very appealing place to eat. Reported our concerns to the manager on duty with no response. There was about 4-5 people congregated in the food prep area.Thank you,Long Time Customer
I waited 15 minutes to place an order while two people ahead of me took another 15 minutes for a half sandwich and a cold soup. Both meals ended up costing $43.00, which I definitely don't think is worth it. I’ll choose another place next time, especially since the soup tasted like it came from a box and is only worth $1.00, especially with a McDonald's nearby.
My family and I stopped here on our way to the beach for vacation, and we had a fantastic experience! The staff and management were incredibly friendly, especially towards my children! There delivery service is ass. They deliver up to 5 miles and my food was sitting at panera bread for a hour and got cold and didn't once mention they don't deliver outside of 5 miles. yes i am mad my food is cold and i'm pissed.
It shouldn't have taken so long to get just a soup and some bread, especially when the restaurant was nearly empty. When I finally received my order, I was disappointed to find the soup bowl was only half full.
It's always pretty busy every time I come and I see why. They get you in and out fairly quickly and their food is always good. The staff are friendly and care about getting your food.
Worst customer service ever. Saturday morning and almost no bagels. I will never come back here again Book a table now
The turkey apple sandwich was the ultimate!!! Best service in town. Good people.

"DON?T EAT AT THIS LOCATION! THEY NEED TO BE TURNED INTO THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT!!! After spending 30 mins in line, this is what we got. One of those pieces of chicken look like it was cooked the previous day. Food made us sick just from a small bite. Just close down!"
